By submitting your donation, you certify:

- I am a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada and I am making this contribution with my personal credit card and not a corporate credit card;
- This contribution is not from a corporation;
- The funds I am donating are from me and are not being provided by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- My individual contribution does not exceed $1700 to a combination of Conservative riding associations, candidates and nomination contestants. (Contributions to the National Party does not count towards an individual's annual $1700 limit to a candidate or riding association).

The maximum possible tax credit remains $650.00.
